The Role<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

To support our growth ambitions in APAC, Westwood Global Energy Group requires a Business Development Manager to lead our new business efforts. They will need to proactively research, target and communicate with prospect companies to identify and convert new business opportunities.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Primarily you will be responsible for driving new business across<\/span> our Energy Services product portfolio (including our Energy Transition offerings).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Business Development Manager will be expected to support the development of new business opportunities, by proactively building a qualified opportunity pipeline, managing inbound enquiries and exploring new avenues of growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The role demands strong prospecting skills; the ability to spot opportunities, understand different client needs and tailor our value proposition accordingly. You will also need strong negotiation and selling skills as well as a commercial, results-oriented mindset.\u00a0 You will be able to demonstrate solution-oriented thinking and anticipate client questions and demands.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong relationship management skills; the ability to engage at senior level, strong negotiation and selling skills as well as a commercial, results oriented mindset.<\/span><\/p>\n
